About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Product Management Director, Capital Finance and Specialized Industries. This role will report into the Product Management Executive responsible for Capital Finance, Specialized Industries, and Collateral Management.
In this role, you will:

• Manage and develop specialized teams of managers and professional individual contributors.
• Analyze customer and results-oriented information.
• Perform market research related to development and testing of services and products.
• Identify opportunities and strategies for establishing pricing policies, distribution strategies, technical systems, and customer requirements.
• Manage companywide efforts to align and coordinate distribution channels, systems requirements, product introduction, marketing, training, and ongoing product, and service management.
• Lead teams by making strategic decisions to resolve highly complex, unique, and critical product line issues to meet deliverables.
• Interpret and develop range of new products or product lines and product life cycle management for functions with moderate to high complexity and risk.
• Collaborate with and influence stakeholders, subject matter experts, project managers, and experienced leaders across Commercial Banking, including lines of business, technology, sales enablement, change management and delivery, and other key teams.
• Understand the nuances of industry and market needs within Capital Finance and Specialized industries while optimizing for delivery across segments.
• Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Product Management
• Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy.
• Create a client first, user centric, value driven and results oriented culture.
• Participate in and prioritize investment opportunities for the annual strategic planning.
• Develop, refine, and manage the objectives and key results (OKRs) by which your teams' success will be measured.
• Experience with Capital Finance or Asset-based Lending and Specialized Industries.
• Engage and ensure rapid transformation to the agile development process

Required Qualifications:

• 8 years of Product Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
• 4 years of Management experience

Desired Qualifications:

• 10 years of financial services industry experience, either directly within or closely associated with capital finance
• Results-focused leader with an ability to inspire and instill a strong culture of accountability and excellence across teams and throughout the business.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
• Proven and demonstrated leadership skills including relationship building, partnering and collaboration skills with clear ability to influence, gain buy-in and negotiate with a diverse group of key business partners/stakeholders including senior management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to senior management and ability to articulate key messages around risk, issues, customer impacts, etc.
• Experience with Agile execution structures

• Bachelor's degree in related field; MBA preferred

Pay Range
$173,300.00 - $359,900.00
