About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Product Management Senior Manager to define the product outcomes and strategy, and drive towards the end-state vision, lead and align cross-functional teams to create exceptional omni-channel experiences and products with measurable business outcomes and customer benefits, as well as be responsible for key business and customer metrics as well as the related processes and policies, including risk and controls. As a Product Management Senior Manager, you will be responsible for business implementation of tech-driven changes, specifically for ongoing nCino releases. Activities include updates to controls, procedures and other risk-management activities needed for new nCino capabilities.

In this role, you will:

• Manage and develop teams of managers and individual contributors for leading product strategy
• Consult, develop, market, and manage performance analysis for products that have high impact on companywide growth opportunities and success
• Identify and recommend opportunities for product enhancements and business requirements
• Determine appropriate strategy and actions of product management team to meet moderate to high risk deliverables
• Interpret and develop pricing policies and distribution strategies, which may include global considerations
• Collaborate and consult with product managers, analysts and multiple level managers
• Interact directly with vendors
• Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Product Management
• Monitor market trends and competitor’s products to ensure produce relevance and maintain a strong understanding of digital landscape
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps, release plans and product requirement documents
• Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy

Required Qualifications:

• 6 years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
• 3 years of Management experience

Desired Qualifications:

• 4 years of experience delivering with Agile methodologies, including working in Scrum and Kanban teams on simultaneous builds
• nCino experience
• Small Business and/or Lending experience

Job Expectations:

• Candidate must reside within a reasonable commute to one of the site locations; however, the position is eligible to work from home in a hybrid model.
• Must be available to work a hybrid model where you will be working in office 3 days a week and 2 days at home a week (subject to change based on business need).
• Position is not sponsorship eligible.
