About This RoleWells Fargo is seeking a Senior Digital Product Manager to support the Content Enablement Tools product team.
This position will serve as a product owner across our communications enablement tools and deliver a world-class technology experience by leading cross-functional teams, prioritizing and refining product backlogs, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring the delivery in alignment with Wells Fargo Agile principles by fostering a dynamic and iterative development environment. Responsible for managing the product backlog and ensuring the delivery of digital solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of the product roadmap to drive execution of organizational objectives.

They are accountable for execution of all applicable risk programs (Credit, Market, Financial Crimes, Operational, Regulatory Compliance), which includes effectively following and adhering to applicable Wells Fargo policies and procedures, appropriately fulfilling risk and compliance obligations, timely and effective escalation and remediation of issues, and making sound risk decisions. There is emphasis on proactive monitoring, governance, risk identification and escalation, as well as making sound risk decisions commensurate with the business unit's risk appetite and all risk and compliance program requirements.

In This Role, You Will
- Maximize the SCRUM team capacity to deliver a world-class portal experience.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and deliver digital transformation solutions.
- Define scope for LOB User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Post-Production Validation (PPV).
- Translate product roadmap, define stories, prioritize story backlog and establish sprint goals.
- Collaborate with technology to work through a universal backlog of application enhancements.
- Accountable for the socialization of backlog and associated priorities.
- Facilitate backlog refinement sessions and ensure alignment to strategic goals.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create and refine user stories.
- Make real-time decisions during development sprints, providing clarifications and accepting/rejecting user stories based on the evolving needs of the product.
- Gather feedback and incorporate it into the product backlog and development plans.
- 4 years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
- Experience as a Product Owner in an Agile environment.
- Experience executing digital transformation initiatives and concurrent work streams.
- Experience managing product delivery initiatives in an Agile environment.
- Experience working with Agile project management tools.
- Experience designing processes focused on managing and mitigating operational risk.
- Experience building strong relationships and collaborating across large organizations.
- Experience conveying product priorities to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
