About this role:

The Chief Operating Office (COO) is responsible for delivering a consistent approach to business operations across Wells Fargo, strengthening the company’s risk and control infrastructure, and delivering effective and efficient enterprise services to employees and customers.

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant - Business Management and Communications for Risk Transformation and Execution.

In this role, you will:

  • Act as a Business Management and Execution advisor to leadership to drive performance and initiatives, and develop and implement information delivery or presentations to key stakeholders and senior management

  • Develop communications strategies for high priority initiatives and issues, with the aim of promoting and protecting Wells Fargo’s reputation and appropriately engaging stakeholders

  • Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership for implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are large scale and cross organizational

  • Research and provide direction for moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiative that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution

  • Partner with Recruiters and employee networks to improve employee referrals, sourcing, and diverse representation in hiring

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements in order to prioritize work efforts and achieve maximum efficiency for the company

  • Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation and efficiency

  • Collaborate across Chief Operating Office to coordinate work and ensure a “One Wells Fargo” approach

Required Qualifications:

  • 7 years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

  • 3 years of communications experience

Desired Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate complex material to a diverse audience

  • Experience developing integrated communication strategies

  • Superior project management skills including the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently

  • Ability to influence, partner, and negotiate with all levels of the organization to gain commitment to accomplish business goals

  • Strategic planning experience in translating leadership vision into executable strategies and initiatives

  • Experience applying standard editorial style guide rules to published materials

  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills

  • SharePoint online site collection administrator experience
