About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant to join the Chief Administrative Office (CAO) Business Management team.
This position will focus on the most pressing challenges facing the CAO business management organization, including designing and developing the operational metrics to measure the performance of the CAO; drafting critical executive level presentations; supporting the implementation and tracking of CAO strategic priorities and managing high-priority ad-hoc requests on behalf of Wells Fargo's Chief Administrative Officer.
The role requires a strategic mindset; sense of urgency; ability to focus on the priorities and clarify what is most important from that which can be deferred; confidentiality; and excellent facilitation skills.
In this role, you will:
Act as a business management advisor to the Head of CAO Business Management and Wells Fargo's Chief Administrative Officer (CAO).
Lead development of executive level presentation materials for business unit reviews and other executive briefings.
Perform industry research on competitors and peer organizations, formulate recommendations and develop compelling business cases (backed by metrics and research) to support priority CAO initiatives.
Lead development of Objectives & Key Results (OKRs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) aligned with the Chief Administrative Office Strategic Priorities and partner with the business management lead within each CAO function to actively manage performance against defined targets.
Partner with senior leaders across CAO to refine the business strategy and create/execute corresponding business plans and initiatives.
Provide principal level strategic consulting services to client organizations
Required Qualifications, US:
7 years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Demonstrated knowledge and/or experience in the financial services industry.
Experience developing and monitoring OKRs, KPIs and operational metrics
Ability to synthesize complex analytical findings into executive level communications.
Strategy and business case development, including obtaining executive approval on projects
Ability to translate strategic initiatives into executable programs, including defining the problem statement and articulating the scope of the solution, identifying impacted areas and components, identifying resource requirements, gathering estimates, defining timelines and packaging information for presentation to executive leadership.
Highly refined and professional verbal and written communications skills, including the ability to lead, present, and obtain buy in from large stakeholder groups spanning staff through senior and executive management.
Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills.
Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
Influential leadership, ability to lead and manage teams without direct authority.
.Ability to take on a high-level of responsibility, initiative, and accountability.
Self-starter, with a proven ability to think both strategically and tactically, diagnose opportunities and implement operationally often in ambiguous environments.

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$138,500.00 - $287,600.00Benefits
