Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant (Enterprise Site Coordinator) to join the Enterprise Site Leader Program, under the Chief Administrative Office. The Site Leader Program works with Wells Fargo’s business groups to identify local Senior Leaders responsible for overseeing the success of work locations. These Site Leaders lead cross-business cabinets of other local executives to drive enterprise and local initiatives across three strategic pillars: employee engagement, site and property improvements, and community outreach. The Site Leader Program currently supports 12 sites in 8 markets and ~63k employees.
The Senior Business Execution Consultant will have two primary responsibilities:
1. Act as the local Site Coordinator - provide business support to the local Site Leader, drive progress and execution against the site priorities & action plan, engage local cabinet members to progress site action plans, and serve as the single POC for the program day-to-day.
2. Develop & deploy enterprise initiatives for the Site Leader Program – partner with Enterprise and Local Partners to execute enterprise initiatives and site programming.
This role specifically supports the Site, Cabinet, and Site Leader for assigned market.
