About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant to provide ongoing support to the Third Party Risk Management team within the Business Governance and Execution Group for Strategy, Digital, and Innovation (SDI) and Global Treasury Management (GTM). This team provides risk oversight and governance to ensure that SDI/GTM adheres to Third Party Program policies and procedures.
In this role, you will:
Lead support and oversight functions for Third Party Governance in Strategy, Digital and Innovation and Global Treasury Management
Drive accountability for assigned initiatives to limit risk exposure
Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management of the third party portfolio
Research complex business and operational initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution
Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership
Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience
Collaborate and consult with business partners to help facilitate adherence to policies and procedures
Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners
Required Qualifications:
4 years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
2 years of experience in Third Party, Sourcing or Supply Chain Management
2 years of experience in governance and oversight, or risk management
Demonstrates experience interacting with senior leadership
Strong written and oral communications
