What are the responsibilities and job description for the FIBER PAINT REPAIR position at Wells?
Resin and sand pads prior to pouring of panels. Examine all parts for resin and sanding prior to being put into storage rack. Maintain inventory on materials needed for daily production.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Resin and sand all rails and bulkheads prior to them being place in storage.
- Resin and sand all pads prior to them being approved for production.
- Maintain inventory on all resin to ensure that production is not affected.
- Bondo and sand parts and pads as required.
- Assist with Resin dotting pads as required for quality purpose.
- Assist with completing build ops as required.
EDUCATION, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
- High School Education preferred.
- Good communication skills required (both written and oral).
- Experience working with chemicals associated with resin and fiberglass.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Indoor environment.
- Exposed to fumes associated with applying resin and fiberglass.
- Exposed to dust associated with sanding wood, resin, and fiberglass.
- Exposed to noise associated with mixing and producing concrete.
- Exposed vapors associated with thinners, and epoxy.
- Exposed to dust associated with sanding Bondo.
