Summary:

In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Scrum or Agile. Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale, or longer-term Scrum Master challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented factors. Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables. Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.

Responsibilities:

• Will lead 2 scrums teams that support Data at Rest and Data Motion Encryption.
• Will work together with Product Owner on team initiatives and team updates.
• Will participate in quarterly PI planning.
• Will facilitate Scrum ceremonies and sprints.

Qualifications:

• Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
• Strong hands on experience as a Scrum Master.
• Experience leading multiple scrum teams.
• Strong conflict resolution skills.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Possess Scrum Certifications. (Preferred)
• Posses SAFe Certification. (Preferred)
• Previous experience in Financial Services or other regulated industry. (Preferred)
