Direct Reports: Mental Health Professionals, Clinical Case Managers

Hours: 40 hours per week, typically 9 AM- 5 PM; however, work hours may vary to overlap some early mornings, late evenings, and weekends

Location: The Village and remote with an active presence across all programs

Position Summary: This role will serve as an administrative support to the CPO in executing the organization’s mental health initiatives and will directly supervise mental health staff. The Clinical Administrator will provide clinical consultation for the organization’s multidisciplinary treatment teams (MDTs), oversee the organization’s clinical training program for masters-level counseling and social work interns, provide clinical consultation, supervision, and training for interns and staff, administer the clinical EHR, ensure treatment model fidelity, and oversee medical records requests.

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

  • This role serves as the direct supervisor for mental health staff in partnership with program directors to ensure quality assurance of mental health services by providing observation and feedback on counseling and clinical case management work within the organization.

  • Participate on program MDTs to offer clinical insight for participant case planning, and function as a liaison for participants navigating the organizational continuum of care.

  • Coordinate the organization’s masters-level clinical training program for counseling and social work students, including updating content for the website, screening applications, conducting initial interviews, supporting onboarding, providing supervised supervision for site supervisors, providing supervision for interns, and providing training for interns.

  • Administer the clinical EHR, Titanium Schedule, including user support, training new mental health staff and interns, reviewing/updating/adding notes types/ data forms, audit/review of clinical documentation, and running monthly reports.

  • Provide direct clinical services within the organization’s continuum of care, as needed, in order to fill service gaps and maintain clinical skills.

  • Support the provision of high quality empirically-tested and emerging mental health practices, including making recommendations regarding clinical policies, procedures, practices, instrumentation, assessment, coordination of care, and treatment philosophy.

  • Ensure fidelity for The Seven Challenges® counseling program.

  • Facilitate weekly clinical consultation and regular training for mental health staff.

  • Provide internal and external trainings with The Institute (training department)

  • Utilize trauma-informed care and strengths-based approaches

  • Oversee and fulfill medical records requests

Participant Engagement and Program Support

  • Provide care to program participants without regard to race, gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender identity, and religious or spiritual beliefs

  • Maintain knowledge of effective mental health treatment approaches, as well as trafficking and trauma, seeking professional growth in evidence-based practices through training and independent study

Professional Qualifications:

  • Minimum master’s degree in counseling or social work

  • Full clinical licensure in the State of Georgia (LPC, LCSW)

  • Experience providing clinical supervision for masters-level interns

  • Experience providing clinical training and consultation

  • Clinical experience working with populations that have experienced complex trauma

  • Preferred qualifications: Supervisory credential (ACS or CPS), Ph.D. in Counselor Education & Supervision or equivalent; familiarity with Titanium Schedule EHR; Initial and/or Leader Training in The Seven Challenges®; experience supervising associate-licensed professionals toward full clinical licensure, clinical experience with survivors of sex trafficking

  • Administrative, organizational, and computer skills including use of email and Microsoft Office suite of products and Google Workplace

  • Documentation of references (at least two professional and one personal) that attest to the person’s capability of performing the duties of the position and to the person’s suitability of working with or around children and vulnerable populations

  • Minimum five years of relevant experience, preferably with vulnerable populations

Position Requirements:

  • Moderate travel among Wellspring Living locations and others in the Metro Atlanta area

  • Must be able to lift objects up to 25 pounds and have the ability to work for long periods at a computer

  • Satisfactory criminal history background check

  • Clean Motor Vehicle Record
