Job Summary:

Functions under the direction of the day shift supervisor in the Environmental Services Department. Performs all recycling functions for the program according to policies and procedures to ensure program success.

Core Responsibilities and Essential Functions:

The role of the materials transporter in Environmental services is to collect, segregate and store all recycled materials for assurance of success of the program.

Required Minimum Education:

High School Diploma Other or GED Other

Required Minimum License(s) and Certification(s):
All certifications are required upon hire unless otherwise stated.

Georgia Driver's License

Additional License(s) and Certification(s):

Required Minimum Experience:

Work experienced in recycling preferred but will train willing candidate. Preferred

Required Minimum Skills:

Ability to handle various customer groups needed including: employees, volunteers and vendors.
Organized and attentive to detail.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
