Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Board Operator to join our team for the upcoming high school football season. As a Board Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless audio experience during our live broadcasts of high school football games. The season runs through November, contingent on playoff games.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work at the radio station during high school football game broadcasts.
• Manipulate the audio board to go in and out of commercial breaks smoothly.
• Monitor quality throughout the game and resolve any technical issues.
• Ensure a seamless audio experience from the field to our listeners.

Requirements:

• No experience needed; we will provide training.
• Availability on Friday nights and occasional Thursdays or Saturdays.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
