Job Position Description:
Oversee the process of generating and managing invoices related to the sale of materials within the company, ensuring accuracy, timely delivery, and compliance with company policies, by leading a team of billing specialists and coordinating with other departments like sales to resolve any issues with material billing.

Job Responsibilities:
- Process hired hauler payments.
- Correct invoices.
- Lead team of material clerks.
- Process scale tickets including transfers & production tonnages.
- Upload ticket information from computerized quarries
- Manage product pricing and prepare quotes as directed by sales staff.
- Assist customers with questions.
Job Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
Hours & Compensation:
- Monday – Friday
- Approximately 40 hours/week
