Full Job Description

We are seeking an High Energy Assistant Restaurant General Manager (AGM) Needed to join our team! The restaurant is fast casual with a counter-style service. You will be responsible for providing customers with a memorable dining experience.

• 3 years of fast-casual/casual FOH/AGM Management experience
• $4M in Restaurant sales volume experience
• Desire to serve in a vibrant restaurant
• Proven ability to lead and mentor a team
• Can manage a restaurant staff of 35-40 employees
• Ability to work 48 Hrs/week

What we are looking for:

• Experience in fast casual restaurant chains (preferred)
• Effectively communicates with Guests, Chef team and Team Members
• Performs interviews and assists with the selection process of new Team Members
• Participates in performance reviews and disciplinary coaching of hourly Team Members
• Performs pre-opening duties
• Completes all opening and closing duties, to include: cash handling, inventory, and other daily reports
• Train and manage FOH & BOH staff

Pay: $58,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
