- Support inventory management and ordering processes
- Assist in training and development of restaurant staff
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers for efficient operations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the food industry, preferably in a restaurant or catering environment
- Proficiency in kitchen management, food handling, and food service management
- Strong understanding of cash handling procedures and financial accountability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities effectively
- Knowledge of bartending techniques is a plus
