Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee the operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food and beverage industry, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Duties:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff supervision, inventory management, and customer service.
- Ensure high-quality food and beverage offerings are consistently delivered to customers.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and minimize costs.
- Recruit, train, and motivate staff to provide exceptional service.
- Maintain a clean and organized environment that complies with health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries, comments, and complaints in a professional manner.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in the food and beverage industry with knowledge of coffee, food handling, bartending, catering, and food preparation.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Proficiency in Aloha POS or similar restaurant management software is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

-must have a minimum or 1 year GM experience or 3 years of restaurant management experience to be considered for position
-must be able to life 50 lbs
-required to work 50 hours per week or more if the business requires it. (10 hr shifts per day)
-must have great leadership skills and inspire others to operate the restaurant at a high level.
-must be able to work all shifts including an opening shift, a closing shift, a mid shift, and also a weekend shift.
-must have reliable transportation with current drivers license and insurance
-will be eligible for the monthly profit sharing bonus program after 90 days of employment
-401k with match
-1 free meal per shift
-pay will be discussed and determined during the interview process
-will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant (this includes controlling labor/food and profitability, growing the business, managing costs, and operating the restaurant at a clean and safe level (per health department and Wendy’s guidelines)
