Now, we’re expanding our operations across the Atlantic and establishing a brand-new office in Brooklyn, NY, here we come!

Join our VP of North America on this exciting journey as we build our empire stateside. We’re making our first strategic hires for the New York team, and we’re looking for ambitious 360 recruitment consultants with a proven track record in the Tech industry. This is your chance to be a key player in spearheading our success in the booming FinTech market.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in 360 recruitment, with a proven track record in client acquisition, candidate placement, and consistently achieving revenue targets.
• US Market Knowledge: Experience recruiting in the US market.
• Industry Knowledge: Preferably, you’ll have a deep understanding of the FinTech, Tech, or SaaS sectors, including key players, technologies, and market trends.
• Self-Motivation: Highly driven and capable of working autonomously while benefiting from the mentorship of our VP, a proven industry leader.
• Office Socialite: Someone who enjoys the buzz of an office environment and generally prefers to be around others (flexibilty to work from home - we all need some of those days to get through some life admin etc)
