Salary: $75,000-$90,000

Job Description: As the Human Resources Manager at WSL, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day HR operations, including payroll processing, recruiting, training, benefits administration, and maintaining compliance with state regulations. Key responsibilities include:
  1. Lead HR operations, including payroll oversight, recruitment, onboarding, training, and resolving personnel issues.
  2. Maintain current job descriptions and ensure compliance with NH state licensing requirements.
  3. Oversee the HR Recruiter and ensure efficient daily operations.
  4. Manage company payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  5. Monitor and process payroll updates, including new hires, terminations, and benefit changes.
  6. Coordinate annual open enrollment process and benefits administration.
  7. Maintain compliance with federal and state employment regulations.
  8. Maintain personnel filing systems and employee records.
  9. Monitor unemployment claims and assist with appeals.
  10. Promote a positive company culture and support employee development.
Requirements:
  • Five or more years of HR experience.
  • Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or SHRM-CP/SCP Certification preferred.
  • Ongoing professional development and participation in conferences and organizations.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and attention to detail skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in computer operations, including MS Office suite.
