Retail Sales Associate / Pro Shop Attendant

Cape Cod's only Forbes Five-Star resort is looking for retail sales associates for its resort shop. The shop also serves as tennis pro shop, located adjacent to our tennis courts. This position will be responsible for sales within the shop and reserving tennis court time and lessons. The role requires providing warm and gracious service to all guests.

The retail sales associate's responsibilities include:

* Being knowledgeable of all merchandise

* Making each retail purchase a memorable one

* Checking merchandise displays to ensure the shop is attractive, clean, and well stocked

* Providing a warm welcome and fond farewell to each guest

* Maintaining a bank and inventory for retail and pro shop

* Stocking merchandise as needed

* Being knowledgeable of all resort activities

Previous retail or hotel experience is preferred. Training will be provided.
