**Minimum Requirements**

* Strong Customer Service background or equivalent experience required.

* Proven leadership ability required.

* Microsoft Office Suite proficiency required.

* Previous supervisory experience preferred.

* Associate or Bachelors Degree preferred.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**

* Manage Customer Service team, which includes but not limited to, hiring, on-boarding, training plans, individual development plans, monitor daily performance, monthly performance reviews with each team member, annual performance and development reviews, team vacation and time off coverage, and other related team management duties.

* Manage team workload with input from the Customer Experience Manger, Regional Sales Manager, Account Managers, and Direct Reports. Work with customer segment peers to load level work across the CSR segmented teams.

* Manage accuracy of CSR account assignments, both Primary and Secondary. Review assignments monthly, update as needed or as changes occur.

* Responsible for customer escalations. Communicate with necessary Werner personnel to bring same day resolution. Communicate with Regional Sales Manager, Account Manager, Customer Experience Manager, and all other team members that need to be aware of the issue and resolution to promote enhanced customer experience.

* Be an active participant in Customer Experience process improvements. Implement improvements when necessary. Promote and manage continued improvement opportunities.

* Develop and communicate performance/utilization goals at an individual level as well as team performance/utilization level monthly. Collect, consolidate, monitor, and report metrics.

* Manage all Daily Sales Order Entry Transactions including but not limited to: Quote Management, Bid Follow Up, Credit/Rebills, Financial Services in payment resolutions, processing orders in Hold Q, sell price overrides, and month end reporting.

* Facilitate training requests from vendors as well as Werners Product Managers.

* Coordinate activities with Account Managers to ensure their operational and customer service needs are met.

* Responsible for overall branch observations and reporting of any issues appropriately: HR policies, Building Appearance, Security, etc.
