Job Description
- Manage and grow existing accounts and use your training and experience to prospect and develop new business.
- Attend daily workshops and trainings to make sure you're consistently learning and growing!
- Provide effective and efficient solutions for clients, including recommendations from our catalog of quality products, as well as incentives.
- Deliver strong customer service supported by our management and admin teams.
- Act as “CEO” of your territory, managing thousands of accounts.
- Opportunities to travel to new markets and frequent training conferences and trips.
- Initial training tailored specifically to you followed by our mentorship program to develop leadership and management skills
- Continuous development through joint calls with leadership.
- Dynamic support from the Sales team, Corporate leaders, HR team, and the CEO.
- Daily sales meetings to expand product knowledge and share best practices.
- Experience in a sales or leadership role would be to your advantage, but is not required as we offer hands on training
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, exciting work environment.
