Job Title: Bartender assistant /Server

Looking for someone wanting to get their foot in the door of craft cocktail Bartending with possible sever hours as well. If you have always wanted to learn how to make amazing and delicious cocktails ,this is the position for you. This could definitely lead to more shifts in the bar or on the floor for the right candidate. You will learn about fine spirits ,craft Beers and with over 150 wines from all over the world this is for sure a paid education in all things bar and restaurant. experience is a plus but not mandatory, just be hungry for knowledge and have a can do attitude .

Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and serving beverages promptly
- Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, beers, and wines, following recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including equipment and glassware
- Engage with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or special requests
- Monitor inventory levels and restock bar supplies as needed
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations while handling food and beverages
- Process payments accurately using POS systems
- Collaborate with the team to create new drink recipes and promotions

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in bartending or hospitality industry preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality
- Knowledge of various beverages, cocktail recipes, and drink preparation techniques
- Familiarity with POS systems for order processing
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume setting while maintaining quality standards
- Food handler's certification is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment

Pay: $16.29 - $18.00 per hour
