ROLE
The Export Import Bank of the United States (EXIM) is seeking professional services to work with the Office of Contract Services (OCS). We aim to mobilize qualified professionals who embody competence, professionalism, and commitment to results, working with a sense of purpose to power the government. This is a full-time role located in Washington, DC, with two days on-site and three days off-site. The selected individuals will be responsible for a range of administrative, analytical, and technical tasks. We can offer a competitive salary, and a comprehensive benefits package.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Perform administrative office and clerical activities.
• Support program and policy coordination.
• Conduct programmatic, policy, operational, and business administration tasks.
• Plan, design, manage, and complete routine and procedural activities from start to finish.
• Analyze and report on assigned topics to help clients make informed decisions based on the best data available.
• Perform technical analysis and align it to business strategies and procedures to meet project goals.
• Collaborate with customers to understand business processes and workflows.
• Build models using frameworks incorporating quantitative information.
• Identify bottlenecks and constraints to current process models and suggest potential improvements.
• Document improved processes and provide guidance and training to staff.
• Present risks and benefits to management.
• Communicate with the project team and stakeholders and manage risks / issues.
• Monitor progress to ensure project deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met.
• Provide acquisition, business, program, OR;
o Legal planning and strategy; procurement and/or legal assistance 
o Program and project management consulting
o Source selection guidance
o Contract management assistance.
• Work with various EXIM offices to organize information from multiple sources and assimilate information.
• Other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college preferred.
REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
• 0-3 years of administrative experience.
• Expert usage in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams).
• Organization, reporting, and verbal/written communication skills.
• Professionalism and confidentiality in handling information.
DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE 
• Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) Certification.
• Familiarity with Section 508 Compliance
• Ability to use clear and concise language 
• Experience with SharePoint, OneDrive, and other systems.
LOCATION
• Washington, DC (2 days on-site, 3 days off-site within CONUS).

• Ability to research and integrate conflicting regulations to present a clear stance.

• Must pass a security Public Trust check. 
CLIENT
• Export-Import Bank of the United States (EXIM), Office of Contract Services (OCS).
TRAVEL
• Travel Required to various locations within the United States.
WORK HOURS
• Full-time, 8 hours per day, 5 days per week (Monday to Friday).

Regularly required to sit for extended periods up to 80% of the time; frequently required to move about to access file cabinets and use office equipment such as PC, copier, fax, telephone, cell phone, etc. Occasionally required to reach overhead, bend, and lift objects of up to 10 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by this job include the use of computer monitor screens up to 80% of the time.
