With industry leading pay, you control your own destiny based on your motivation and will be HIGHLY COMPENSATED for it!Primary Job Functions Installing residential HVAC equipment in a mainly retrofit environment along with some light commercial and a few new construction projects every year. Someone who can work and think independently as well as with a team. Present the company’s philosophy of caring for the customer in a manner that leaves a favorable impression.

Requirements
  • Iowa HVAC Journeyman’s license or ability to obtain within first 3 months of employment.
  • Two years of experience needed.
  • Certification from a technical school a plus.
  • Maintain high safety and quality standards.
  • Ability to work with mobile devices for communication with customers and office.
  • Communicate effectively with coworkers, contractors, wholesalers and customers.
  • Meet requirements of pre-employment drug testing, pre-employment physical, maintain a valid driver’s license and provide an MVR that is acceptable to our insurance company.
Compensation
  • Hourly Pay based on $30-$40 per hour. Dependent on Skill level, experience, and licenses held.

What YOU will do
  • Work side-by-side the BEST technicians and installers in the industry!
  • Receive hands-on-training in residential HVAC service installation
  • Assist with parts, tools, delivery, installation at job site
  • Operate a variety of hand and power tools, requiring dexterity and the ability to lift 50 lbs.
  • Ensure HVAC systems are compliant with industry standards and regulations
Who YOU Are
  • 0-3 year experience as an installer
  • Able to pass background and drug test
