Job Description:

NO WEEKENDS

RN Evening Supervisor, FT, 40 hours per week, Monday thru Friday, 3 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Assisting with staffing the facility if there are call offs

May need to take the med cart

Addressing clinical questions and concerns

Transferring residents out to hospital

Assisting with discharges and admissions

Documentation in PCC

You are the mini CEO for the facility after 6 p.m., so responsible for all operations with support from DON and NHA.

Consults with physicians, Regional Clinical Nurse, DON, and NHA

Addresses family questions and concerns. Assists with investigations, grievances.

Ensures smooth operations of facility during the evening hours.

Assesses residents change of condition. Monitors residents' status. Follows post fall protocols.

Reports any issues to DON and NHA.

Will contact Dir. of Maintenance or ON CALL Maintenance when life safety issues arise.

Any and all other tasks assigned.
