Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced HR Generalist to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tech or startup environments and will be adept at managing various HR functions to support the company's growth and culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including medical, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Oversee employee relations, addressing issues and conflicts professionally and effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide guidance on career development.
  • Support organizational development and strategic HR initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably within a tech company or startup.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary range of $90,000 - $110,000.
