Sales Support

Our client in the Lynnwood area is looking for a dynamic Account Coordinator to join their team. Background in distribution, including industries such as food, agriculture, fish, or inventory management is a plus. This position is onsite.

Position Overview:

As an Account Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing various responsibilities, including processing orders and collaborating closely with our Sales Representatives. The primary focus of this role is to ensure the seamless flow of operations, from order initiation to successful delivery, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process orders efficiently and accurately, meeting, and exceeding customer expectations.
• Collaborate with Sales Representatives to optimize order management and address client needs.
• Manage and maintain profitable orders to contribute to the company's overall success.
• Work closely with internal teams to coordinate and facilitate the transportation of goods.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
• Utilize problem-solving skills to address challenges in a fast-paced environment.
• Adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Compensation Package:

• Competitive base salary ranging from $55,000 to $65,000.
• Additional 1-2% commission on orders handled, based on gross profit.
• Total compensation expected to be $80,000 – 110,000 annually.
