**Overview:**

We are seeking a dedicated Front of House Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in hospitality management, serving, bartending, and possess strong leadership skills to oversee the front-of-house operations.

**Duties:**

- Manage daily operations of the front of house, including customer service and staff supervision

- Be a working manager, you will be required to work as a server and/or bartender at times and make tips during that shift.

- Assist in hiring, training, and scheduling front-of-house staff

- Ensure high-quality customer service standards are met and maintained

- Handle guest inquiries, comments, and concerns promptly and professionally

- Oversee cash handling procedures and POS system operations

- Coordinate with kitchen management for efficient food service delivery

- Conduct interviews for front-of-house positions

**Requirements:**

- Previous experience in a similar role as a Front of House Manager or Assistant Manager in the bar/restaurantindustry

- Proficiency in cash handling procedures and POS systems

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively

- Experience in interviewing and training staff members
