Dental Business/Patient Coordinator
Our growing and energetic dental practice is seeking a goal oriented, motivated, and outgoing
individual to fill our business/patient coordinator position. The perfect person for this position will
be positive, and eager to help provide the highest level of service to our patients.
Our office is located in the changing and vibrant Hyde Park neighborhood! We are fast paced
and constantly striving to improve all aspects of the patient experience, and we seek employees
who embody and project that energy as well.
Responsibilities include and are not limited to:
Review and explain patient treatment plans according to office standards
Follow up on unscheduled treatment plans
Patient outreach/optimizing the new patient experience
Calling and scheduling patients
Communicate all important information to our billing team
Scheduling and maintaining integrity of all provider’s schedules
Verify insurance
Maintaining A/R
Reviewing and reconciling deposits
Document creation and organization
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
DENTAL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Associates degree or equivalent.
5 years experience in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
Must be incredibly comfortable with internet research.
Must have exceptional organizational skills
Professional and efficient communication skills
Must be comfortable with independent problem solving
