West Melbourne Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented CNA Staffing Scheduler to join our team!

Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain accurate CNA staffing schedules, ensuring adequate coverage for all resident needs
• Collaborate with nurse managers and other departments to anticipate staffing requirements
• Communicate effectively with CNAs regarding schedules, shift changes, and call-ins
• Monitor staffing levels and make adjustments as needed to guarantee resident safety and satisfaction
• Maintain scheduling system and ensure all data is accurate and up-to-date
• Adhere to all federal and state regulations regarding staffing in long-term care facilities
• Support the overall smooth operation of the nursing department

Qualifications :

• Minimum 1 year of experience in healthcare scheduling or a related field
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license required
