Compensation:
$17-19 / hr BASE pay range, depending on experience
$.58 / hr insurance allotment
$2 / hr CDL A premium, if applicable
3% match - simple IRA
year end production bonus potential

Work Details:
Home base - Grant, MI
Work areas - Grand Rapids to Gaylord
10-12 hr shifts
Home weekends and no out-of-state travel

Requirements:
No experience necessary
Heavy lifting and moving of materials
Use of hand tools such as shovels, saws, etc.
May be required to work in trenches, manholes, or tunnels
Respond to signals and directions by Foreman and Operator and work in coordination with them
Assist with construction cleanup as necessary
Must be safety conscientious and follow safety standards
Must have valid driver's license with good record. Compensated for valid CDL A

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
• Day shift
• No weekends
