We’re hiring PRN Registered Nurses (RNs)for our skilled nursing facility. Shifts:

• Day: 6a-6p
• Night: 6p-6a

Pay Rate:

• $38 - $42/base rate
• Night shift $2 differential

Duties:

• Provide nursing care including administering prescribed medications, documenting the condition, care and treatment of patients, observing and assessing patients and notifying physicians of significant changes.
• Work together with Medical Director and the attending physician regarding specific residents assigned to you.
• Initiate requests for consultation or referral. Respond to requests from the resident, physician, or nursing staff.
• Perform administrative duties regarding assigned residents, such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, charting, etc.
• Make written and oral reports/recommendations to the attending physician, Medical Director, or the Administrator concerning the status and care of the assigned resident.

Qualifications:

• RN license is required
• Prior experience preferred but new grads are welcomed!
