Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Family Physician at West Point Medical Center in San Bernardino, CA. As a Family Physician, you will be responsible for providing primary care services, diagnosing and treating medical conditions, and ensuring the well-being of patients. Tasks include conducting patient examinations, ordering diagnostic tests, prescribing medication, managing chronic conditions, and promoting preventative care.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Primary Care, Family Medicine, and Urgent Care.
• Knowledge of Community Health practices and principles
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients and medical staff
• Experience in managing chronic conditions and promoting preventative care
• Board certification in Family Medicine
• Valid medical license in California
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
