NOTICE OF VACANCY EXTRA DUTY POSITION FOR PROFESSIONAL EMPLOYEE
Position Title: Summer Early Head Start/Head Start Education Coordinator
Job Description:

Will work with Early Head Start Staff to plan/facilitate summer socializations.
Will work with Early Head Start families if needed.
Will be responsible to send families summer information/activities through the Creative Curriculum Cloud and Ready Rosie.
Will provide extra activities, etc. to those with higher educational needs.
Will review Ages & Stages Developmental Questionnaires of incoming children.
Will be responsible for documenting in Baby STEPS and Preschool STEPS
Will participate in trainings relevant to job position.
Will assist staff with any needs associated with the education component. of their job.

Qualifications:

At a minimum a bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in Early Childhood Education with a focus on birth to age five.
Preference will be given to someone who has experience as an Early Head Start/Head Start Education Coordinator.
Is knowledgeable of the ELRS system and knows how to interpret individual child data
Knowledge of the Baby STEPS and Preschool STEPS data tracking systems, the Creative Curriculum Cloud, Ready Rosie, and Ages & Stages.
