What you need to bring to the table:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering required, Master's preferred.
2. 5 years minimum of full-time work experience in building structural design.
3. P.E. license preferred.
4. Experience in a fast-paced work environment that requires multi-tasking.
5. Experience delegating tasks and working independently within a broader team.
6. Technical expertise in at least one material and market type.
7. Highly organized with great time management.
8. A knack for creative problem-solving and critical thinking.
