Westaff is recruiting for an HVAC / Make Ready Maintenance Tech for the Greater Baton Rouge area for a Temp to Hire position.
$18.00-20.00 an hour
Monday Friday, 8 : 00 5 : 30p
Must have reliable transportation
Duties include :
- AC Service and Repair
- Tightening doorknobs and hinges
- Repairing leaky faucets
- Replacing the caulking around toilets
- Changing lightbulbs
- Repairing holes in walls
- Changing out carpet
- Completing the pre-move-out inspection
- Touch up paint
- Unclogging sinks and tubs
- Removing light fixtures and replacing
- Other duties as assigned
