As a Westaff Administrative Assistant We Offer You :

Job Responsibilities

• Receiving Sales Orders from our sales team.
• Communicating with sales reps to confirm order accuracy, pricing, inventory and shipping details.
• Sending orders to appropriate warehouses
• Track order status to ensure timely shipment and attend to customer needs.
• Monitor and manage four email support accounts.
• Monitor and interact with reviews and direct customer requests on our social media platforms (Facebook and Instagram).
• Process warranty claims received through email chains, social media platforms, and physical units received at the office, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Ideal candidates will possess 2 to 5 years of experience coordinating orders for medium-scale enterprises.
• Experience with QuickBooks is a significant advantage.
• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, along with mathematical proficiency.
• Fluency in English is essential.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Dependable, reliable, proactive and a team player.
• Proficiency in Outlook and Excel spreadsheets.
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
