Summary: Responsible for oversight and development of standard operations in all Westbrook Medical Services sites. Develops policies, procedures and guidelines. Provides orientation and education of staff as necessary

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.

• Develops strategy for long range plan to support rapid growth within Medical Services.
• Provides leadership necessary to facilitate growth and improvement within Medical Services.
• Works collaboratively with physicians and mid-level practitioners to assist in meeting productivity standards through oversight of scheduling and efficiency of practice.
• Monitors and updates policies, procedures and operational guidelines of Medical Services to ensure compliance.
• Coordinates effort to develop standard operations between all Westbrook Medical Services sites.
• Educates agency programs and community resources about Medical Services programs.
• Communicates regularly with Medical Director and Division Directors to stay informed of concerns, questions, needs and achievements, and facilitates communication between Medical Services and all other areas of the agency.
• Is responsible for onboarding of clinical staff in conjunction with Human Resources, by scheduling appropriate trainings, shadowing and meetings.
• Facilitates communication between senior leadership and front line staff by attending leadership meetings and serving as a conduit for important information both to and from Medical services.
• Complies with federal, state and company policies, procedures and regulations.
• Maintains confidentiality of information and complies with HIPAA regulations.
• Demonstrates knowledge of and supports Westbrook Health Services mission, vision, values, policies and procedures, operating instructions, confidentiality standards and code of ethical behavior
