Responsibilities:

• Greet service customers and properly document all of their concerns and service needs.
• Generate accurate estimates of repair for customer vehicles
• Keep customers informed throughout the process of their dealership visit
• Answer incoming calls and schedule appointments
• Work with Technicians and Parts department to ensure customers vehicle is completed in a timely manner

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of automotive repairs and maintenace is a plus.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
