Westdale Asset Management is Hiring a Regional Director Near Dallas, TX
We require:
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Regional Director or equivalent position managing a large portfolio of apartment communities comprising at least 1500 units.
- Proven ability to effectively select, motivate, supervise, coach and lead highly effective and productive property teams.
- Full knowledge of current fair housing and landlord laws.
- Computer skills including proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Yardi Voyager, CRM or other similar property management software experience.
- Dedicated professional with outstanding attendance.
- Ability to constantly meet deadlines under tight time restraints.
- Accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Valid Texas drivers' license, personal vehicle with state mandated liability insurance, and ability to travel (car, airline, etc) as needed. (This position is not remote.)
- Property management certifications (i.e. CAPS, CAM, ARM, CPM, etc.) are preferred.
