* Manage a pipeline of up to 30 clients
* Communicate with clients on a regular basis, maintaining specific communication SLA's
* Review documentation, clearing or creating conditions as needed
* Conduct all withdraw/cancellation requests
* Run daily reporting, managing aged loans, etc.
* Move a seller's pipeline forward towards funding

What you will need:

* 5 years mortgage experience (preferably in origination or correspondent lending
* Through ability to recognize and review basic mortgage documentation
* Excellent communication skills
* Client service focus
* Loan quality and risk management
* Production and performance
* Ability to work independently and as a team player
* Clear and effective communication skills
* Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, etc)Compensation: Hourly range for new hires is generally $60,135.00 - $74,285.00 for Westlake Village, CA. Salary amount is determined by specific job location. In addition, the role may be eligible for annual bonus/incentives earned.
