What you'll do:
As a Senior Receivables Processor you'll be supporting the Bank's Receivable Operation which enables customers to accept electronic and traditional paper-based payments. You will capture remittance information using efficient technology services and will transfer information to output files and reporting. You will work with a team of Receivables Processors to expedite collections of payments and the posting of payment information while focusing on a high level of customer service and providing a professional, prompt and accurate banking experience. Your key responsibilities will include data entry, quality control, and balancing/reconciliation of deposits.
What we are looking for:

• Responsible for supporting the Receivables Supervisor on executing a comprehensive, prompt and efficient client experience. Supports the daily workflow and ensures a smooth and efficient operation.
• Executes a variety of routine tasks which may include sorting mail, extracting payments and/or correspondence, reviewing payments to ensure accuracy, and scanning of deposits using high speed optical scanners. Ensures strict processing deadlines are met prior to designated cutoff times.
• Assist in the training and development of new employees, performs advanced research and may handle high value clients.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent required and one (1) or more years of Branch Banking Operations, Back office receivables operation, or other relevant experience
• Entry Level to intermediate knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services.
• Entry level to intermediate knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices.
• Ability to 10 key by touch and perform alphanumeric data entry with a high level of accuracy
• Good general communication skills

Compensation: Hourly range for new hires is generally $18.18 - $20.87 for Las Vegas, NV. Salary amount is determined by specific job location. In addition, the role may be eligible for annual bonus/incentives earned.
