Job Title: Shop Leadman - Fleet

Objective: To oversee all Fleet maintenance Leadman duties to include troubleshooting, installing, servicing, and maintaining production in a fully operation truck shop.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead and direct the daily activities of the Maintenance team on their shift.
• Prioritize all work through the shop. 
• Manage the CMMS Program and ensure that work requests are reviewed and tended to in a timely manner. This includes training the necessary team members on how to use the platform
• Provide guidance to team members on troubleshooting and repairs.
• Review and close work orders
• Verify that the correct labor and parts are charged to the correct WRMS code.
• Maintain team's time sheet daily.

• TMT
• MS Office Outlook 
• Word
• Excel
• SharePoint

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years supervisory experience.
• Experience working with fleet maintenance. 
• Must have the ability to troubleshoot problems thoroughly and effectively.
• Hands-on experience with repairing equipment.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong computer skills - preferred
