Job Overview:
We are seeking a passionate Activities Director to join our team at a senior care facility. The ideal candidate will have experience in memory care, recreational therapy, and event planning, with a focus on enhancing the quality of life for our residents.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging activities and programs tailored to residents' needs and interests
- Coordinate social events, outings, and recreational activities
- Provide counseling on aging issues and dementia care
- Manage schedules and ensure activities are carried out effectively
- Collaborate with the care team to support residents' daily living activities (ADLs)
- Maintain accurate records of activity participation and resident progress

Requirements:
- Previous experience in memory care, senior care, or nursing home settings
- Strong background in recreational therapy and event planning
- Knowledge of dementia care practices and aging issues counseling
- Excellent organizational skills for schedule management
- Compassionate attitude towards providing care for seniors

Pay: $15.50 - $18.50 per hour
