Responsibilities:

- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages

Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer support or receptionist roles
- Proficiency in using phone systems and office equipment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written
- Familiarity with order entry systems is a plus
- Knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting software preferred
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
