Full-Time Job, Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM, 1 hour lunch break, work 4 days in office and 1 day remote! Annual Salary: $66,560 - $80,000.

LAPMG is looking for a well-rounded candidate with two (2) years of experience with 300-500 units serving as a Property Supervisor at a property management company, dealing with 60 property owners/clients.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

This person will work with a large group (60-80) Property Owners (Clients), Company Executives, Maintenance Coordinators, Resident Managers, a nd tenants to ensure high performance of regional portfolio.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Two (2) years or more as a Property Supervisor
• This experience must include supervising on-site/resident managers.
• Experienced smartphone owner/user
• Punctual, reliable and team player
• Valid CA driver's license and insured vehicle
• Computer literate, experience with Microsoft Office, and Appfolio or Yardi
• Type at least 55-65 wpm
• Appfolio experience is a positive attribute for us
• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Live within 30 minutes of Studio City
• Have 2-3 professional references if requested after first interview
• Bilingual (Spanish and English)
• Excellent time management skills and ability to both multi-task and prioritize work
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Low income recertification experience a plus!
