The Coordinator position serves as the program's recruiter, social services and parent involvement aide, child/family advocate, assist health interventions, primary liaison between families, the community, other service agencies. The Coordinator assists in assuring program goals are met and practices comply with Head Start Performance Standards and other program components.

Primary Duties:

• Responsible for identification and recruitment for potential children and families for WKUCCC.
• Responsible for linking families with resources to support their overall growth.
• Responsible for family partnership and family engagement, which may also include health interventions.

• High School Diploma/GED

Hourly Rate: $17.44 - $20.51
