Boutique Associate

Part-time and full-time positions

Hourly wage between $13 and $17/hr, based on experience

Boutique Associates are the backbone of the store. Initiate outstanding customer service and sales, strong communication skills and interactive sales approach. Provide excellent maintenance of store cleanliness, appearance, and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities:

• Immediately meet and greet each customer
• Provide excellent customer service at all times
• Strong familiarity with regularly changing locations of merchandise.
• Prompt response to radio calls
• Complete tasks efficiently and in a timely manner
• Display consistent and sound judgement with dealing with exchanges/re turns; consistent with company policy and procedure
• Upkeep and organize department
• Familiar with computer system; retrieve sku information, availability, cost, etc.
• Always arrive on time and ready to work
• Product knowledge
• Other duties as needed

Physical Demands:

• Standing for long periods of time
• Heavy, repetitive lifting (no more than 50lbs.)

Pay: $13.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
