Job Summary:

The Sales Assistant position is a full-time introductory role that directly supports the Construction Sales Team in the execution of inside and outside sales calls and responsibilities.

Job Description:

The primary responsibilities of the Sales Assistant position include, supporting the Construction Sales Team in all efforts to secure new construction clients and construction accounts. Examples of daily tasks are as follows:

• Serves customers by selling products and services and meeting customer needs
• Enters and completes daily orders as they come in
• Services existing accounts and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing a daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets
• Using a company vehicle, visits construction sites daily greeting potential customers, listening to their needs/problems, and steering them toward products and services that can help them to address their needs
• Manages email correspondence between major clients
• Answers major sales calls explaining pricing, terms of payment and billing cycles
• Creates and distributes sales proposals and quotes
• Maintains relationships with major customers
• Handling any modifications of sales calls and follow up on changes
• Maintains a sales news paper

Job Requirements:

• CA Drives License C
• Self-motivated and willing to learn
• Positive attitude
• General knowledge of the construction industry
• Portable sanitation experience is a plus, but not required.
• Training is provided on products, and services.
• May be required to work overtime

Work hours - 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday

Full Time Employment:

Compensation: $24-$28 Based on experience.

Benefits: After 90 Day Probationary Period: Full Time employees receive boot voucher, health insurance as well as provided paid time off and holiday pay. After a year of employment, we provide a 401K option.
