We are seeking an IT Scrum Master II to support the growing Digital practice within our Information Technology (IT) department. Our IT department executes with proficiency, delivering to our clients valued services that help them to achieve their financial goals. The person who accepts this position will be challenged to perform complex tasks and rewarded accordingly.

What would I do?

As an IT Scrum Master II, you will be a part of our Digital IT Team. This individual would be a pioneer for implement new standards, processes, and best practices.An advocate for demonstrating fundamental agile values and principles; transparency, inspection and adaptation, collaboration, prioritization and team accountability. An innovator and proactive leader with strong communication skills that is confident to interact with various areas of the project and should be able to generate trust, improve transparency, remove impediments, and to unite people with a purpose.

This candidate should be able to host/lead all of the scrum ceremonies and foster/enable a collaborative and innovated environment to support and empower the team to make suitable commitments. This individual should lead by example and have the desire to drive change and provide guidance for continuous innovation.

In addition, this individual should have general knowledge and experience using Agile Tools such as TFS, ADO and JIRA and have the ability to plan, execute and monitor the progress of the team. As a Scrum Master, you should be able to recognize team accomplishments and also report assessments of risks, issues, or blockers.

Qualifications:

• Understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
• Agility to lead and mentor teams
• Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience with agile tools such as TFS, ADO, and JIRA
• Scrum Master Certification is a required.
